A well-established community-focused healthcare organization in the Southbury Connecticut area is actively seeking a full-time ENT Physician to join its growing specialty team. Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of ear nose and throat conditions in an outpatient setting
Diagnose and treat a broad range of ENT conditions including sinus disease hearing loss voice disorders allergies thyroid/parathyroid disorders and head & neck conditions
Perform in-office procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care
Collaborate closely with primary care providers and specialty teams
Interpret diagnostic studies including audiology testing imaging and endoscopy
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Shared call coverage depending on interest and team structure
Opportunities to participate in quality improvement and academic initiatives
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
Active or eligible DEA registration
Fellowship training (e.g. head & neck surgery rhinology otology) is a plus but not required
Strong clinical surgical communication and team collaboration skills
Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
