Senior Procurement Manager of Marketing

The Senior Procurement Manager of Marketing provides leadership for marketing procurement across North America. This role manages high-value marketing spend leads strategic sourcing initiatives and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective compliant procurement solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across marketing spend categories

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for high-value initiatives

• Manage supplier relationships contracts and negotiations

• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs

• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and legal standards

• Lead procurement projects and present results to senior leadership

More about you:

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field

• 8 years of procurement experience must have experience in marketing procurement

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

• Experience managing large complex spend portfolios

• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams

• Proficient with SAP P2P systems and Microsoft Office

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This roles pay range is between: $117K to $145K . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
