Role

We are looking for an IT Site Support Engineer to join our IT department reporting to the IT Regional Manager APAC.

You will provide comprehensive technical support to our organization balancing technical expertise problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth IT operations and user satisfaction.

What youll do (Role Expectations)

  • Respond promptly to IT Helpdesk requests and efficiently troubleshoot technology-related issues
  • Deliver hands-on technical support both in-person and remotely for systems applications software and hardware
  • Manage the lifecycle of employee equipment including setup configuration deployment and maintenance of devices and peripherals
  • Install configure and maintain standard hardware software and system images as per company specifications
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and support conference room technologies Zoom services and printers

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3 years of experience skilled in using ServiceNow for support request management with hands-on experience in deploying Windows macOS and mobile hardware.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace MS Office and collaboration tools like Zoom Slack and MS Teams
  • Strong problem-solving multitasking and customer service abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in technical and client-focused support

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Proficient in Zoom Room setup troubleshooting and IT asset management systems
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking including subnets DNS DHCP and WiFi technologies
  • Knowledgeable in IT security best practices
