- 能够正确识别计划任务清晰了解相应的作业要求
- 依据计划任务提前叫料正确对工具工装设备进行点检维护
- 按图纸或作业指导书完成零件检查处理和组装主要是机械部件组装
- 在系统中记录控制点和关键参数
- 装配过程中能够依据要求识别不合格材料和装配问题并准确描述按流程处理
- 良好的安全意识通过培训具备岗位安全风险识别能力
- You will be able to correctly identify planned tasks and clearly understand the corresponding job requirements.
- You will according to the planned tasks request materials in advance and correctly conduct spot checks and maintenance on tools fixtures and equipment.
- You will complete the inspection processing and assembly of parts according to the drawings or operation instructions mainly the assembly of mechanical components.
- You will record the control points and key parameters in the system.
- You will during the assembly process be able to identify unqualified materials and assembly problems according to the requirements describe them accurately and handle them in accordance with the procedures.
- You will have a good sense of safety and through training possess the ability to identify safety risks at the post.

- Could read simple drawings and be able to complete the assembly according to the drawings.
- Possess necessary computer operation skills and use the computer to understand planned tasks and record the operation process.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to express problems.
- Have a secondary vocational school education or an equivalent academic qualification.
- Adapt to different shift arrangements according to work requirements.
