Credit Recovery Program Dates: July 6- July 30 2026 NO Fridays
Time: 8:00am-12:00pm
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts teacher certification and SEI endorsement
- Willingness to implement WIDA Standards Statements
- Ability to relate /communicate effectively with teachers students parents andadministrators
- Monitor student safety on school premises
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and score pre/post tests and write anecdotal evaluations.
- Participate in two staff development meetings.
- Implement standards-based lessons using WIDA 2020 Standards and MA Curriculum Frameworks
- Complete planning logs for each session and maintain student attendance records.
- Perform other related activities as required.
Duration: Program Administration and Implementation 90 hours total to include the following:
- Professional Planning Days June 25 & 26 (5 hours each day). Planning can happen asynchronously however at least 1 hour must be spent in person preparing the summer school classroom
- 20 days Monday-Thursday from July 6 July 30 (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
Stipend: $40 an hour $3600.00 total
Funding Source: Student activities fund
