We provide absence management solutions designed to improve health and productivity outcomes while helping organizations manage costs. Our services and technology support employees in returning to work and help businesses operate effectively.

The Senior Product Manager is the strategic lead for Absence products. This role is accountable for product scope direction and outcomesensuring development teams build the right capabilities in the right sequence to maximize business value and customer satisfaction. Absence Management experience is required. Must be a SME in this area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap for Alights leave and absence experience.

• Expand and improve the experience for both employee and employer users.

• Oversee maintenance of existing solutions to ensure a consistent compliant endtoend experience.

• Own and advance the product strategy across outsourcing insourcing and cosourcing models.

• Partner with Product Directors and Product Managers to ensure alignment and shared prioritization.

• Drive a multiyear roadmap for experience capabilities including partnership and program expansion opportunities.

• Manage and refine existing products to minimize client risk.

• Maintain roadmap visibility for leadership engineering delivery and clientfacing teams.

• Represent the organization at conferences advisory groups audits and client feedback forums.

• Develop content frameworks and documentation that support thought leadership.

• Collaborate with engineering legal delivery and client success to ensure highquality execution.

• Validate solutions through discovery prototyping and user feedback.

• Support launch readiness across commercial implementation and enablement teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years in absence management ideally with experience in humancentered design across digital and assisted channels.

• 5 years of product management experience with increasing responsibility preferably in SaaS HCM claims or digital platforms.

• Proven ability to lead crossfunctional product initiatives in an Agile environment.

• Proven skills in product strategy usercentered design requirements analysis and competitive assessment.

• Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
