What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas exterior grounds and perimeter points with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor entrances lobbies and restricted access areas; assist with visitor management badge checks and/or directing guests and employees according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner requesting additional support from site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Document patrol activity unusual conditions and incident details in written reports and/or electronic logs and communicate relevant information to site leadership during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
