About the Role

Join Emplify Health by Gundersenas the Clinical Manager for Otolaryngology & Audiology Clinics leading two dynamic specialty teams that support ENT care surgical workflows and a broad audiology program with multi-site outreach.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape culture optimize operations and build strong partnerships with providers and staff. Youll oversee both clinical and retail components (including hearing aid services) while championing process improvement and team engagement across two unique but interconnected specialty areas.

What Youll Do

• Provide strategic operational and people leadershipfor Otolaryngology (20 staff) and Audiology (8 staff).

• Lead and support teams that include RNs MAs Audiology Technicians Schedulers (remote) and a Department Secretary.

• Partner closely with the Clinical Operations Director ENT and Audiology providers Quality and fellow Clinical Managersto align goals and elevate patient experience.

• Oversee daily operations budgets and key operational initiatives.

• Support ongoing cultural growth by encouraging transparency accountability and teamwork.

What Youll Need

Education & Learning

• Required:Bachelors degree in a healthrelated field

• Desired:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Work Experience

• Required:2 years of leadership experience in a clinical environment

• Desired:57 years of leadership experience preferably in a specialty or multidisciplinary setting

Licenses & Certifications

• Desired:RN license in the state of Wisconsin
