Job Description
As a Security Officer Welcome Center Driver in Providence RI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients employees patients and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Staff the front desk post to greet and direct visitors manage check-in and check-out issue temporary badges and coordinate visitor access with authorized personnel.
- Monitor alarms CCTV and/or other security-related systems from the front desk area document observations and report irregular activity according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including medical emergencies disruptive behavior and/or facility notifications and communicate with on-site staff and responding agencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate written reports and logs including incident reports shift activity summaries and access control documentation while supporting confidentiality expectations for a healthcare setting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Security Experience 1 Years.
- Client Requires Proof of HS Diploma/GED.
- 21 Years of Age.
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
