*PAY SCALE IS BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE*Maple Run Unified School District is seeking an Applied Behavior Services Coordinator to serve students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. The primary function of the Applied Behavior Services Coordinator is to provide clinical support to each school to best meet the intensive behavioral needs of students. Key responsibilities of this position also includes supporting school staff with learning and adopting evidence-based strategies and interventions that can be incorporated into the classroom for all students; working as part of schools MTSS teams; devising and monitoring the implementation of behavior plans and collaborating with school staff families and other service providers within the Requirements: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to demonstrate a high degree of interpersonal communication organizational skills attention to detail and adaptability. Each essential duty must be performed in a satisfactory manner. The incumbent must also model appropriate professional behavior and positive attitudes at all times. The ability to work independently at times assuming responsibilities and demonstrating initiative is a must. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is also and/or Experience: Masters degree required. Demonstrated skill in working with elementary middle and high school students with disabilities is required. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis is essential.
