Description of Work
Description of Work:Provide Fellow hands-on experience in conducting rigorous analysis supporting ongoing research initiatives and contributing to key project deliverables particularly within the traffic and district files area.
The goal is to strengthen their technical and professional skills while advancing the projects broader objectives through high-quality collaborative work supporting meaningful project outcomes and fostering professional growth and readiness for future leadership roles.
Conduct data analysis within the traffic/district files to support ongoing research and operational needs.
Assist in compiling organizing and maintaining datasets ensuring accuracy consistency and proper documentation. Contribute to the preparation of reports and visualizations that inform project decisions and highlight key findings. Collaborate with team members to support project workflows provide analytical insights and help advance core program objectives.
Deliver timely well-documented deliverables that contribute to project outcomes and demonstrate technical proficiency.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences
Minimum Education and Experience of Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Organizational Management/Development Data analysis from NC HBCU/MSI.
- Graduation date between 2023 - 2026

Salary Range: $28.08/hr. - $29.36/hr.
