What were looking for:
Responsible for developing and executing plans that ensure a smooth transition from product development to full-scale production. This role collaborates cross-functionally with engineering demand planning manufacturing and quality teams to ensure materials schedules and resources are aligned to the complete production cycle.
Skills youll need:
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for new product introductions.
Coordinate production plan to support prototype pilot and initial production builds.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product requirements and timelines.
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely availability of components for new product builds.
Monitor progress of NPI milestones and escalate issues to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of part numbers BOMs (Bill of Materials) and planning parameters in ERP systems.
Support change management processes for product revisions and updates.
Interact with internal and some external contacts.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering or a related field
5 years of experience in supply chain planning production planning or NPI
Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word & Power Point
Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP)
