Technician Test Level 3 (FAA) 2nd Shift
Job Summary
As aTechnician - Test - Level 3 (FAA)here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and evaluation processes. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to excellence in the aerospace industry.
You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor and youll work out of our Tempe AZ location on a 2nd Shift work schedule.
In this role you will impact the overall performance and safety of our aerospace products contributing to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct advanced testing procedures to validate product performance and compliance with FAA regulations.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of product functionalities.
- Analyze test results identify issues and collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in testing and validation processes within the aerospace industry.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and testing standards.
- Expertise in automated testing tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
- Proficiency in Python programming for scripting and automation tasks.
- Experience with test case design execution and documentation for software validation.

- 3 years of experience in a testing or quality assurance role in the aerospace sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex testing challenges.

FAA REQUIREMENTS
All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test testing for Marijuana Cocaine Amphetamines (amphetamine methamphetamine MDMA MDA) Phencyclidine (PCP) and Opioids (codeine heroin morphine oxycodone oxymorphone hydrocodone hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees regular and temporary in safety-sensitive positions to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan.
