The Opportunity: Growth Product Manager NIRA

NIRA is building the leading financial brand for Middle India. As a Growth Product Manager youll own and scale the growth engine across acquisition activation retention and monetization.

Youll work at the intersection of product data marketing partnerships and engineering driving conversion-optimized user journeys experimentation and deep integrations with banks and NBFC partners across the loan lifecycle.

How youll make an impact

  • Own growth funnels and conversion metrics across onboarding application decisioning and disbursals.

  • Use data and experimentation to identify bottlenecks and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Run A/B tests and iterate rapidly across the end-to-end user journey.

  • Partner closely with Engineering Credit Operations and Marketing to deliver high-impact initiatives.

  • Lead product efforts for NBFC and bank integrations balancing growth risk and compliance.

Why youre a great fit

  • 6 years in product or growth roles ideally in fintech lending or B2C tech.

  • Strong analytics mindset with hands-on experience using SQL Python and tools like Mixpanel Amplitude or GA4.

  • Proven ownership of growth metrics and comfort working in fast-moving ambiguous environments.

  • Clear communicator who can translate data into decisions.

  • Bonus: experience with NBFCs MarTech stacks or regulated systems.
