Claims Associate

When things go wrong for our clients our Claims team steps in to make it right. We are looking for a highly structured Claims Associate to join our dedicated Claims department in Stockholm.

In this role you will be the operational backbone for both our Consumer and Commercial Claims teams. You will be based in Stockholm but you will work closely with colleagues across all four Nordic countries ensuring that our claims processes run smoothly and our customers receive excellent service.

Your impact and responsibilities

You will be the administrative engine keeping our cases moving. Your tasks will include:

System Registration: Registering and setting up new claims accurately in our systems.

Inbox Management: Managing several team mailboxes and ensuring swift professional replies.

Direct Communication: Interacting directly with customers via email and phone.

Financial Processing: Processing payments and bookings securely.

Adjuster Support: Supporting our Claims Adjusters with various tasks to ensure high-quality output.

What youll need to succeed

Have a relevant degree (e.g. in economics business or similar) or equivalent administrative experience.

Are fluent in Swedish and have strong professional English skills.

Have a positive proactive attitude and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.

Are highly structured and able to manage and prioritize a varied fast-paced workload.

Meet the Team

You will be based in our Stockholm office working as the vital link between our Commercial and Consumer Claims teams. You will collaborate daily with experienced Claims Adjusters and Managers across the entire Nordic region operating in an environment where precision is valued and teamwork is essential.
