Position Profile
The Teacher will be a collaborative member of the Bearspaw Christian School (BCS) team working closely with their Teaching Colleagues Educational Assistants & Principals. The Teacher will uphold and carry out the BCS Mission of Reaching HeartsTeaching Minds Transforming Our World and our Vision of Joining with the family to realize personal academic excellence and Christ-like character in each student. Student support in guiding students in their learning process is integral in the relationships the teacher forms with their students with a discipleship focus being at the heart of what we do.
BCS is seeking a dynamic and innovative Maker Space Lab Teacher to lead our STEM Design and Innovation programming. This role combines teaching program leadership and technical management of our Maker Space Lab. The successful candidate will inspire creativity problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking through hands-on project-based learning aligned with BCSs mission to develop students academically creatively and spiritually.
