Reporting Relationship: Ladore Catering Manager
Salary: $22.00 per hour

Position Overview:
Ability to independently and efficiently prepare food for guests from small groups of 20 up to very large groups of 200-400.
Responsibilities
Description of Position:
- Perform food service responsibilities as directed by the Ladore Catering Manager
- Maintain food safety standards as prescribe by ServSafe
- Operate equipment safely and properly
- Maintain neat and uniform appearance at all times
- Prepare and cook meals for groups in house
- Keep food prep and cooking areas neat and clean
- Assist Ladore Catering with menus
- Assist Ladore Catering with inventory
- Other related duties as assigned by the Ladore Catering Manager

Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid PA drivers license
- Be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a ServSafe class which will be offered by the Salvation Army
- Ability to handle a high paced and often intense work environment
- Must be good with people
- 3 to 5 years food service experience with large groups
- Ability to be on ones feet for hours at a time
- Child Protection Clearances PA Act 153 requires that all prospective employees complete the following clearance and background checks before employment: PA Child Abuse History Clearance PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check. Meets the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153 to include PA Child Abuse History Clearance PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check along with renewals every five years.
