Job Summary

The M&E Officer is designed tomeasure the performance of programmes and projects againstpredeterminedtheoretical frameworks.

Designing Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks:

Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks tailored to specific projects or programs.

Data Collection and Management:

Facilitatethe collection of relevant data to track progress and measure outcomes.
Developingsurveys conducting interviews or focus groups and collecting both qualitative and quantitative data.

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Analysedata to assess progress towards projectobjectives.
Identifytrends andpatterns anddraw conclusions aboutprogrammeeffectiveness.
Use statistical and analytical techniques to make sense of complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Reporting:

Preparing reports or presentations summarizing analysis results and key findings for management or other relevant parties.
Prepare regular reports on project performance presenting findings to stakeholdersclearly and concisely. This includes summarizing key findings highlighting successes and challenges and making recommendations for program improvement.
