Job Summary
| Job Purpose | This role is responsible for supporting the design structuring and execution of agentic AI use cases across the B2C EMI Card and Payments verticals. The role will work under the guidance of the Lead Agentic AI Domain (GB06A) and will contribute to developing domain reasoning frameworks orchestration flows logging structures and agent-level behavior rules. The role also supports project coordination with the Agentic AI tech team to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of domain-driven agentic components. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Assist in the design and detailing of domain reasoning logic heuristics and decision pathways for agentic AI use cases. Develop and maintain domain taxonomies rule bases structured knowledge components and planning graphs. Support the creation of orchestration flows fallback logic and scenario-handling guidelines for agent behavior. Participate in defining logging requirements reasoning trace layouts and interpretability checkpoints. Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure proper alignment of domain logic with LLM agents workflows and tools. Contribute to testing cycles reasoning audits and structured evaluations of agent reliability and correctness. Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture domain nuances and translate them into machine-interpretable structures. Support identification of new domain opportunities and expansion of agentic AI capabilities across verticals. Maintain documentation for domain reasoning modules orchestration layers and behavior guides. Provide day-to-day support to Domain team on execution and delivery workflows. |

Identifying data signals or parameters required for better domain-grounded agent reasoning. Suggesting improvements based on reasoning audits logs and test cases |
| Major Challenges | Translating informal or ambiguous business logic into clear explicit reasoning structures. Maintaining consistency in domain rules across multiple agent types verticals and workflows. Ensuring domain logic scales without creating reasoning overhead or clutter in orchestration layers. Coordinating with technical teams to align domain expectations with LLM constraints and system behavior. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications 46 years of experience in AI applied ML LLM operations or decision systems. Working understanding of Agentic AI workflows LLM reasoning and orchestration logic. Exposure to Microsoft Co-pilot Agentforce or similar agent frameworks (preferred). Strong skills in domain modeling rule design knowledge structures and interaction logic. Good analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail. Ability to document and communicate domain logic clearly to technical and non-technical teams |
