Your futures missions :
Creating Value Through Analytics
- Perform ad hoc analyses: to support decision-making and identify growth levers.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses: at the intersection of Operations Quality Training and WFM (recruitment upskilling scheduling etc.).
Boost the productivity of business teams.
- Automate team tasks by creating innovative new tools.
- Implement alerting systems to detect potential issues and anticipate market shifts.
- Develop optimisation algorithms and integrate them into existing processes to achieve tangible results.
Data Reliability and Accessibility Management
- Ensure data reliability from various sources.
- Maintain and develop dashboards to make data accessible to all teams
About you :
To join us on a *VIE contract** you must meet specific eligibility criteria which you can verify * You have a degree from a Business or Engineering school.
- You are a fast learner and can quickly master new topics and skills.
- You are proficient in SQL analytical tools and logical reasoning.
- You are creative resourceful and autonomous.
- You are comfortable interacting with diverse cross-functional teams.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset constantly seeking new opportunities optimisations and things to test.
- Previous experience in the digital sector is a plus!

Hiring process:
1. An initial call with Manon Talent Acquisition Partner.
2. A SQL test.
3. An interview with Chloé or Barnabé Data Analysts.
4. A final interview with Michel our Head of Data.
