About the Role

We are seeking aFull StackDeveloperto join one of our cross-functional Agile this role you will contribute to the full lifecycle of enterprise applications from design to the opportunity toleverageGenerative AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot ChatGPT Claude Code) in day-to-day development to accelerate coding automate repetitive tasks and improve code quality and role is ideal for adeveloperwho is eager to deepen their architectural thinking and grow into increasing technical ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Agile teams development efforts towards successful project delivery by delivering high-quality code and solutions that meet business requirements.ââ
• Contribute to the architecture and design plans of applications/services to ensure they align with IT and business strategies while providing innovative solutions that support workflow quality and efficiency.ââ
• Participate in the research and evaluation of alternative solutions to meet business needs.ââ
• Adhere to established standards pertaining to security testing and methodology.â
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies (e.g. reduce duplicate code processes etc.).
• Surface and manage upstream and downstream dependencies across systems teams and environments mitigating integration risk and protecting delivery timelines.
• Break down complex business and technical problems into appropriately sized well-defined components that enable parallel development reduce risk and support incremental delivery.â
• Collaborate with other team members technical resources and business stakeholders to plan design develop test and maintain business applications.â
• Deliver tasks that involve all areas of our technologyâ
• Seek and incorporate feedback through code reviews and design discussions continuously improving technical depth and system understanding.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Angular (v17 and above) and Java required.
• Bootcamp certification bachelors degree in computer science technology or related field preferred.
• Exposure to full stack/enterprise applications with proficient knowledge in one or more areas.â
• Proven experience with Agile software developmentmethodologypreferred.ââ
• Demonstrates an ability to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies andidentifyopportunities for their use.â
• Experience in any of the following a plus:â
• Technologies: Java (Spring Spring Boot JPA Docker REST SOAP and Hibernate) AWS SQS AWS EKS Python Angular SQL JSON Kong Confluent Kafka Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS)â
• Tools:SonarCloud Git GitLab Maven Visual Studio Code IntelliJ
• Methodologies: CI/CD practicesââ
• Experience withAI technologies and initiatives to enhance development and automation(ClaudeCodeGitHubCoPilot ChatGPT)highly desired
