Job Summary

This is a hands-on delivery-focused role. Youll own features end-to-end and help ensure the system remains highly available easy to support and resilient in production.
What Youll Do
Full-Stack Delivery (End-to-End Ownership)
Build and enhance internal web application workflows for Procedure Master management
Own features end-to-end: UI API data persistence deployment
Design clean intuitive UI experiences that make complex data updates safe and efficient
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality

Design build and maintain secure reliable REST APIs
Implement business logic: validation error handling and basic caching
Create maintainable service boundaries and clear endpoints
Ensure graceful handling of degraded dependencies and outages

Reliability & Production Support
Engineer for uptime and stability in a system with operational impact
Implement logging health checks and foundational monitoring
Support production issues and deliver ongoing enhancements

Required Qualifications
Backend
Strong experience with Java Python or
Proven track record building and supporting REST APIs
Experience with relational databases: SQL Server PostgreSQL and/or Azure SQL
Ability to write clean maintainable business logic
Frontend
Strong fundamentals in HTML CSS and JavaScript
Experience building modern web UIs (framework required; React preferred)
Strong UX instincts: usability clarity and workflow design

Cloud & Deployment (Azure)
Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with Azure App Services and/or container-based deployments
Knowledge of configuration management secrets and environment promotion

AI-Accelerated Development
Hands-on experience using AI tools for coding testing refactoring and documentation
Ability to use AI responsibly in a healthcare and/or regulated environment

Nice to Have
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) OAuth2/OIDC and RBAC experience
