Weresearching for aChicago IL basedSr. Associate Service Desk Analystto join ourCorporate Systemsteam so that we candeliver first-line technical support resolve system incidents and ensure seamless user experiences across ourplatforms.
HowYoullSpend Your Time
Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware software and system issues
Troubleshoot moderate-scope incidents and escalate complex issues with clear documentation
Manage user onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning and system access
Identifyworkflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
Develop andmaintainknowledge base content while supporting user training and adoption
Collaborate with IT teams vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve system performance
What Kind of ThingsWereMost Interested in You Having
Experience providing first-line technical support (hardware/software/systems)
Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience
Ability toidentifyinefficiencies and improve workflows
Hands-on experience with system administration and maintenance
Strong communicationskills (technical non-technical translation)
Proven collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders
