Details of Research Project:
The postdoc will combine in-utero injection method and imaging approaches to study mechanism of mouse salivary gland and mammary gland formation focusing on how branching morphology was formed.
Technical Duties: (include any protocols)
In-utero injection Confocal microscopy on both sectioned and whole-mount tissues Sequencing library preparation Standard molecular and cellular biology assays Mouse genotyping.
Educational and other Requirements for the position: PhD or equivalent in biology.
Experience Required: 5 years
