What you will do:

TheFork works with a wide range of partners to expand its value proposition and address key restaurant needs including technology marketing & visibility and payment or financing solutions.

As Partnerships Operations Manager you will own partnership operations and drive their strategic expansion to maximize business impact for TheFork. The role combines three core dimensions:

  1. Existing partnership management
  • Own day-to-day partnership management and internal coordination
  • Grow existing partnerships and scale operations
  • Monitor performance

  1. Partnership expansion
  • Identify and assess new partnership opportunities
  • Source and onboard new partners
  • Structure commercial deals and manage contract negotiations

  1. Project management
  • Lead key partnership-related initiatives aligned with TheForks strategy
  • Define project scope milestones and timelines and ensure timely execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Ops Product Tech Legal Finance etc.) to drive alignment and impact



You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

  • Proven ability to negotiate and structure commercial partnerships ideally through experience in procurement strategic sourcing business development or partner/vendor management
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping and planning to execution and rollout
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on execution-focused mindset with strong ownership
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role or sector

  • Fluency in French and/or Spanish
  • Experience in a tech / marketplace environment
  • Curious growth-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and evolve alongside the business
  • Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry
