You will monitor cameras and other security-related systems respond to incidents and/or questions and coordinate communications with onsite teams. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk of a technology media and/or telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Greet and screen visitors issue temporary badges and/or passes as required by site procedures and assist with visitor check-in and check-out using site systems.
• Monitor lobby activity cameras and/or alarm panels from the front desk and report suspicious activity policy violations and/or maintenance concerns through the proper channels.
• Answer and route phone calls coordinate deliveries and service vendors per site requirements and help maintain an orderly reception area consistent with site expectations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate updates to site contacts emergency responders and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
