Responsibilities may include:

Guest check-in and credentialing
Ticket scanning and line management
General guest assistance and directions
Venue support and crowd flow
Maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere

Qualifications:

Friendly professional and dependable
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Event or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
