Job Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by coordinating communication maintaining records and assisting both management and field staff.
Key responsibilities
Dispatch and manage incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
Provide administrative support to office and management teams
Liaise with vendors clients and drivers to ensure smooth operations
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Support lien processing and auction documentation
Assist with billing reviews cash handling and payment verification
Demonstrate strong customer service organizational and problemsolving skills
Maintain and update databases records and filing systems
Exhibit excellent listening verbal communication and telephone skills
Manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Ability to communicate calmly and effectively in fastpaced situations
Basic technology proficiency including GPS company software and mobile devices
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of towing industry practices costs and methods is a plus
Ability to positively motivate and support a team of drivers
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a busy office setting
Physical Requirements
This role requires frequent use of hands for typing filing and handling documents. Occasional physical activity may include lifting or moving up to 20 pounds stooping reaching carrying pushing pulling bending climbing and other tasks requiring physical stamina. Good hearing and vision are essential.
