Job Description:
Chief Facility Engineer / Manager responsible for managing facility operations in an onsite environment in Atlanta GA. This role requires strong leadership in facility engineering and management overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient functioning of the facility. Candidate must be Citizen Only and available for 2 In-person Interview.
Must have :
- Regulatory standards (ISO 9000 ISO 14000 OHSAS 18000)
- Establish standards for generators switchgear UPS topologies and BESS integration that ensure reliability (N1/2N) and consistency across regions.
- Manage all aspects of technical facility operations including power systems HVAC UPS generators mechanical systems and critical environment controls.
- Following technical skills are highly preferred:

- Operation and maintenance of large scale electrotechnical systems
- Operation and maintenance of mechanical systems
- Maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems
- Maintenance of conveyor technique (elevators)

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop enterprise-wide utility interconnection strategy-including transmission and distribution interconnects and regulatory alignment.
Establish standards for generators switchgear UPS topologies and BESS integration that ensure reliability (N1/2N) and consistency across regions.
Own the energy systems technology roadmap identifying and evaluating emerging technologies for adoption at scale.
Define architectures and deployment standards for BESS
Partner with project management construction commissioning operations and risk teams to align on design decisions affecting performance and scalability.
Set enterprise performance targets for power system reliability availability efficiency and total cost of ownership.
Develop frameworks for data-driven operational monitoring and continuous improvement.
Manage all aspects of technical facility operations including power systems HVAC UPS generators mechanical systems and critical environment controls.
Maintain problem resolution and emergency response activities ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact to facility uptime.
Qualifications & Experience
Maintain deep market and technology awareness to guide future-state infrastructure decisions.
Demonstrate success governing senior executives cross-functional engineering construction and operations teams.
Ensure the facilitys operations adhere to industry best practices and regulatory standards (ISO 9000 ISO 14000 OHSAS 18000) and champion ongoing improvement initiatives

Education
