Title : Automation Engineer with Playwright Typescript

Location : Newark CA

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Playwright Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance QA team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust automated test scripts and frameworks using Playwright to ensure the quality and performance of our web applications This role requires close collaboration with development and product teams to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle SDLC

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development Design build and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Playwright
Testing Collaboration Execute functional regression and E2E tests collaborating with developers to identify testing opportunities
CICD DevOps Integrate tests into pipelines e.g. GitHub Actions Jenkins for continuous testing
Defect Management Identify document and debug issues using tools like Jira
Process Improvement Drive testing best practices within an Agile Scrum environment

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience 7 years in test automation with hands-on Playwright experience
Technical Skills Proficiency in JavaScript Typescript DOM HTMLCSS Git and CICD tools
Education Soft Skills Bachelors in CS related field plus strong analytical and communication abilities
