Founding Sr Frontend Engineer
About the Role:
We are hiring our first senior frontend engineer to define own and scale the frontend foundation of a high-velocity AI-forward product.
This is not a feature-factory role. You will shape architecture decisions establish engineering standards and directly influence how users experience the product from day one.
You ll work closely with product design and backend engineering to ship high-quality performant and thoughtful user experiences. The frontend is mission-critical here not a layer on top of backend systems but the core surface where users engage deeply with the product.

What We re Looking For:
- 3 7 years of experience in business immigration
- Proven experience handling a variety of employment-based and investor visa matters
- Strong understanding of immigration compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with EB-5 investor petitions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with EB-1A extraordinary ability petitions is a plus
- Active Bar membership in good standing

Required Experience
- CS / CE / EE or related technical degree
- 3 5 years of full-time frontend engineering experience (internships do not count)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience at startups or fast-moving product-led companies
- Evidence of shipping production features used by real users
Technical Stack
- React (primary framework)
- TypeScript
- Electron
- Modern frontend tooling (Vite Webpack etc.)
- Experience working closely with APIs (REST or GraphQL)
AI-Forward Mindset
- Thoughtful use of AI coding tools (Cursor Copilot Claude Code Codex etc.)
- Views AI as an accelerator not a crutch
- Can clearly articulate how AI tools are integrated into development workflow
Ownership & Agency
We are looking for engineers who:
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership
- Use resume language like: Owned Led Designed Built
- Are comfortable operating with ambiguous requirements
- Can function independently as the first senior frontend hire
Role Alignment
- Frontend is your craft and long-term focus
