Design develop execute and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Build and maintain UI-focused automated tests including workspace navigation forms lists and user interactions.
Execute automated regression smoke and end-to-end test suites.
Identify document and track defects; support defect triage and resolution.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify automation candidates and improve test coverage.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and support release validation activities.
Create and maintain testing documentation including test plans test cases execution reports and automation metrics.
