The Role
As a Fitness Instructor you will curate personalised fitness experiences for our discerning guests and members. You will operate with grace confidence and professionalism ensuring that every interaction reflects the prestige and impeccable standards of our Leisure facilities.
You will collaborate closely with the Spa & Leisure Managers and team to uphold the highest operational standards while delivering intuitive anticipatory service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver refined results-driven fitness classes tailored to a luxury clientele
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and personalised programme design
- Provide expert guidance on safe and effective use of premium gym equipment
- Maintain elegant supervision of pool gym and reception areas
- Perform pool testing and plant room checks with meticulous attention to detail
- Uphold immaculate presentation across all leisure areas
- Confidently promote wellness programmes and exclusive memberships
About You
Essential:
- Internationally recognised qualification in Fitness or Personal Training
- Minimum 1 year experience within a luxury leisure or hospitality environment
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a sport-related discipline
- Emergency Pool Responder or Lifeguard qualification
- Proven experience delivering high-quality personal training and fitness classes
- A genuine passion for holistic wellness and guest care
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with premium Technogym equipment
- Knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle coaching
- Retail sales expertise within a luxury spa or fitness setting
