Intern (durée déterminée)We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern to join our dynamic international team.
You will support the International Marketing and Sales Department in developing and animating tools content and initiatives that help our local teams attract and engage families.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations sales enablement and internal communication within a mission-driven international group.
Your Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Contribute to the creation update and animation of our Marketing & Sales Toolbox (best practices templates success stories visuals).
Support the animation of the internal platform sharing key content best practices and updates.
Assist in preparing presentations visuals and reports for internal and external use.
Sales Operations
Support country teams with sales tools and materials to improve conversion and family engagement.
Contribute to tracking and analyzing performance indicators (lead conversion tour feedback NPS).
Assist in organizing international meetings and seminars including logistics and content follow-up.
Communication & Coordination
Draft and distribute meeting summaries (CRs) follow up on action plans and ensure key updates are shared with stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across countries (Marketing Sales Ops HR Education) to ensure consistency and alignment.
What You Bring
Student in Business Marketing Communication or related field (Masters level).
Strong organization and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French or another language is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
Curious creative detail-oriented and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Motivation to learn and contribute to a purpose-driven company focused on families and children.
