Were representing a leading construction and facilities services organization in the Phoenix market looking for a true Project Executive. This is not a glorified PM role. This is executive-level oversight of multiple large-scale projects with real responsibility for performance people profit and client relationships.

You will own outcomes.

This is a high-impact leadership seat for someone who can scale operations develop talent and drive excellence across an entire portfolio.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Executive Leadership

• Lead coach and develop Project Managers and support teams

• Ensure proper staffing and resource alignment across projects

• Drive accountability and elevate team performance

• Build bench strength and future leaders

Strategic & Operational Execution

• Develop and execute construction management strategies

• Oversee preconstruction scheduling pull planning and constraint management

• Implement lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives

• Remove obstacles and keep projects moving

Financial Performance

• Own budgets forecasts and financial results

• Lead monthly financial reviews and correct cost variances

• Protect margin while maintaining schedule and quality

• Deliver projects safely on time and within budget

Client & Contract Leadership

• Serve as executive partner to key clients

• Support contract review negotiation and issue resolution

• Strengthen long-term relationships and strategic accounts

• Represent the company at the highest level

Risk Safety & Quality

• Ensure adherence to construction processes and safety standards

• Proactively identify and mitigate risk

• Champion quality and innovation in the field

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field

• 7 years of progressive leadership in construction project management

• Proven success delivering complex large-scale projects

• Strong financial acumen and operational leadership

• Experience with lean construction and process improvement

• Exceptional communication and executive presence

• Ability to hold teams accountable and drive measurable results
