Job Summary
Job Title: Travel LPN / LVN Long Term Care
Location: Utica NY 13502
Contract Type: Travel
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights
Shift Timing: 10:30 PM 6:30 AM (8-Hour Shift)
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend Required
Compensation:
Gross Weekly: $1695/week
W2 Rate: $17/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1015/week
Position Overview:
A well-established long-term care facility in the Utica area is seeking a dedicated Travel LPN/LVN for a night shift assignment. The LPN will provide direct patient care administer medications and support residents in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor and document changes in patient condition
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Requirements:
Active New York LPN License
Minimum 1 Year of Long-Term Care Experience
Current BLS Certification
Experience with MS Orthopedic Dementia and Memory Care populations preferred
Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
