Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Chesterfield this pivotal role you will oversee all aspects of our business operations drive strategic initiatives and lead a talented team toward achieving organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities decisive decision-making skills and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee all operational functions including budgeting financial planning and performance analysis to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Lead mentor and motivate a diverse team of professionals fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Manage vendor relationships contracts and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality
- Implement and enforce organizational policies procedures and compliance standards across all departments
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders clients and community partners to enhance organizational reputation
Qualifications :

- Proven track record of successfully managing operations budgets and P&L responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and performance metrics analysis
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to make decisive decisions in complex situations
- Proficiency with business management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
- Background in vendor and contract management
- Experience with performance management systems and employee development programs
