Job Summary

The Nautilus Pier 4 on the waterfront in Bostons Seaport is looking for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Manager w/ potential Sommelier & wine related responsibilities.

Successful candidates will have a love for hospitality experience in leadership roles in the restaurant industry with at least some previous management experience and thrive in a fast paced high energy team oriented atmosphere. They will enjoy building relationships with their team guests and neighborhood. They will be enthusiastic about restaurant culture and continued education for employees. They will have excellent communication skills the ability to set and follow clear goals and a strong ability to self manage and self start. A love of wine and previous experience selling wine in a high end restaurant setting is a major bonus though not a prerequisite. Nights and weekend availability is required.


Compensation is highly competitive dependent on experience. It includes paid time off a bonus structure health benefits access to dental and vision benefits dining discounts.
