This role is designed for established educators who bring strong communication mentoring and strategic thinking skills and are interested in applying them in a flexible consulting capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured virtual consultations with professionals exploring leadership and career development
- Apply facilitation and mentoring skills to support individual growth objectives
- Engage qualified contacts through digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
- Contribute to content visibility aligned with leadership and professional effectiveness
- Operate independently within established systems policies and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in education instructional leadership curriculum development or related fields
- Demonstrated strength in communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable working in a remote technology-enabled environment
- Self-managed with strong professional accountability
- Interest in consulting or independent work models
Engagement Structure
- Contract-based opportunity
