Your role and responsibilities

As an Apprentice Project Manager youll play a key role in supporting projects that improve health and wellbeing outcomes across Suffolk. Youll work closely with colleagues partners and communities to deliver on our mission of Working in partnership to build the foundations for Healthy People Healthy Places and Healthy Futures and safer stronger more resilient communities in Suffolk.

On a typical day you might:

  • Support the preparation and delivery of Youth Social Action hackathons including logistics materials and venue arrangements.
  • Assist at events helping to facilitate and engage young people.
  • Record and organise project information outputs and learning.
  • Liaise with young people schools colleges and community organisations to support engagement.
  • Administer grant funding for youth-led projects including maintaining records and supporting compliance.
  • Collect and collate feedback and monitoring information for reporting and evaluation.
  • Prepare written updates and basic reports for managers and partners.
