About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client are looking for an energetic motivated and hands-on Senior Project Manager to join the IT PMO team in Citco. Your project portfolio will consist of both Interface Solutions and Market Data.
We are seeking a hands-on energetic motivated Project Manager to actively manage and deliver critical projects across our Interface Solutions and Market Data platforms. This role requires direct day-to-day project leadership strong technical understanding and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
Lead end-to-end project planning execution and delivery
Run daily stand-ups sprint planning and status meetings
Track and manage project dependencies risks issues and budgets
Maintain project documentation and ensure quality deliverables
Build and maintain relationships with development teams business users and vendors
Manage stakeholder expectations resolve conflicts and escalate issues appropriately
Create and maintain project status reports and dashboards
Qualifications
About You:
6 years of hands-on project management experience in application development
PMP certification or equivalent (Agile certifications preferred)
Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
Experience with Interface Solutions Market Data systems SWIFT FIX and APIs
Proficiency in JIRA Confluence MS Project
Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of ETL processes hybrid cloud solutions and data management
Financial services industry experience preferred
Key Competencies
Strong hands-on project management and team leadership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Problem-solving detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
