EHS Specialist II

• Toassistin driving the EHS vision missionpolicyand strategies by performing EHS compliance applicability reviews EHS risk assessments and implement effective programs proceduresprocessesand systems to ensure regulatory compliance and protect employeescommunitiesand the environment.
• Assistin site wide audits toidentifysystemic EHS management gaps development of targeted corrective measures and implement solutions to sustain compliance with EHS strategiespoliciesor standards. Leverage lessons learned anddevelopcontinuous improvement EHS programs.
• Provide EHS service solutions programs best practices and technical guidance to business management and support functions toeffectively and efficiently manage compliance assuranceand EHS risk mitigation.
• Assistin management of EHS incident investigations todetermineand implement root cause corrective actions. Leverage lessons learned anddevelopcontinuous improvement EHS programs.
• Actively engage with production employees on the floor.
• Assistin the development of company-wide employee safety and injury prevention programs.
• Conduct various environmental auditing record keeping and regulatory reporting asrequired.

• BS or MS in environmental health safety or relevant scientific or engineering field.
• 3-5 years experience in an EHS programs operationsqualityor engineering functions. Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple & technically complex assignments concurrently.
• Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

• Possess tactical and strategic regulatory leadership and direction as well as work well with limited supervision whilebeing responsible forproject management compliance assurance risk mitigation injurypreventionand environmental management.
• Organized analytical detail-oriented problem-solver project management skills and focus on results.
• U.S Citizenship isrequired.

• Minimal to no travel required.
