About the role

Are you passionate about turning data into decisions that make a real difference Were looking for anAsset Data Analystto join our team and help shape the future of Accents property and asset management.

In this pivotal role youll:

• Use your analytical mindset and Excel expertise (pivot tables advanced formulas Power Query is a bonus!) to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer safety fire safety and planned maintenance programs are delivered effectively.
• Leverage data to support budgeting decisions optimise asset performance and contribute to better homes data for our customers.
• Play a key part in ensuring our homes are safe sustainable and aligned with our mission to provide exceptional customer outcomes.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is 37928 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If youre still developing some of the skills or experience you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

About you

• Youll bring strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets using advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables complex formulas and XLookups) to present data clearly and consistently.
• Youll have a solid understanding of GDPR and data protection alongside experience with BI tools to support insightled decision making.
• Ability to interpret technical information
• Ideally youll bring a broad understanding of key housing concepts such as Net Present Value the HHSRS and the Good Homes Standard along with an interest in how these translate into better outcomes for residents.
• Youll also be comfortable working with energy efficiency and sustainability metrics helping us make informed decisions about the longterm quality and performance of our homes.
• A relevant degreelevel background will support your ability to turn complex data and technical information into clear meaningful insight that benefits our customers our homes and the organisation as a whole.

Stage 1: A Place to Connect
A call with the hiring manager. Youll learn more about the role and team and well get to know you your experience goals and what you bring.
Planned date: 19th March via Teams.

Stage 2: A Place to Show Your Strengths
A role related assessment and behavioural and scenario-based interview focused on how you apply your knowledge to real-life situations. Youll be asked to complete a Congruity Questionnaire in advance.
Planned date: 26th March at our Peterborough office and 27th March at our Bradford office.
