TheGCOContentDeliveryManageris a member of the Global CommercialServices(GCS)s GlobalOmnichannel Delivery teamandreports totheOmnichannel Delivery isresponsibleforthe development ofcontent productionserviceswithinthemarket and project managing the production of marketingassets for the market and the omnichannel pod.

TheGCSContentDeliveryManageris accountableforworkingwiththe local DigitalManagersto deploy GCSProductionand Creative Serviceswithinthe Market Business Units and the omnichannel role must have the ability to effectivelypartner influence and challengekeystakeholderstodrive adoption of and performance of the GCScontentproduction also ensure satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement of existing businessasusual (BAU)productionaswellasthe expansion ofadditionalservices.

TheGCSContentDeliveryManagerrequiresstrongleadershipskills business acumenasolid understanding of process solutionsand cultural awarenesstodevelop and motivate their respective direct and indirect team memberslocatedamongmultiple partners andproductioncentersaround the candidate will ensure transparency of risks across all the different internal and external teams. The position requires business acumenstrong project management skillsaswellasunderstanding ofmarketing solutions and awareness of how to create customer-centric omnichannel experiences for the customers.

Whatyoulldo

  • The GCSContentDeliveryManageris accountable for partneringdirectlywiththe DigitalManagers and thelocalmarketingcompanybrandleadershiptodrive for full adoption of theGCO services andcapabilitiesand the delivery of agreedContent typesvolumesand savings.
  • The GCSContentDeliveryManagerwillensure that quality and timelines forcontentdelivery are agreed andmaintainedwith themarket andmaintainan open dialogue on the feedback of the isaccountablefor thetimelydelivery ofall contentassets within the campaigns that are delivered within and outside the omnichannel pod.
  • Requires leadership communication projectmanagementand critical thinking skills along with high cultural awareness to effectively lead and deliversuccessful globalproductionsupported by a globally based multi-cultural team.
  • Workswiththe marketto ensureall necessary communications and change management activities are delivered to theregion and/orlocalmarketingcompanyfornewcontentsolutions.
  • Drives efforts to prioritize work andestablishdelivery schedules that meettheclientneeds and team capacity.
  • Identifiespotential new productioncapabilities to supportoperational/valueexpansionand proactively shares themwith GCScolleagues and leadership.
  • Leverage reporting andutilizationmetrics to communicate overall adoptionof GCSproduction. Where there are gaps work with GCSLeadership and colleagues toidentifyopportunities for improvement to increase efficiency.
  • GCSservices are delivered through outsourcedpartners in conjunction withthe clientdedicated resources. This role demandsan understanding of supplier infrastructureto ensure continuous value optimisation forthe also requires a continuous review of demand and capabilities that our partners need to provide to make sure they are aligned to themarketsneeds.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policiesproceduresand operational GCSdirect and indirect reportscomplywithallappropriateCodeof Conduct policies and procedures.


About you

Preferred

  • Sales Experience
  • Local and/or Global Brand Marketing Experience
  • DigitalMarketing Experience and Omnichannel campaigns
  • Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working
  • Design skills
  • HTML/CMS knowledge

Minimum

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years within Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry
  • Excellent interpersonal presentation facilitation and negotiating skills
  • Solid communication skills. NativeGermanand oral and written fluency in Business English
  • Proventrack recordworking cross functionally withhigh levelof commitment and follow through
  • Program managementexperience including risk mitigation & planningassociated with operational or technical delivery.
  • Supplier Management Experience
  • Financial performance accountability
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with Sr. Leadership and other key Stakeholders
  • Leadership coordination ofresourcesand influence without authority.
  • Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement
