Were growing our Service Loyalty Department and looking for an enthusiastic people-first team member to help our loyal service customers explore exciting new vehicle options.
As a Service Loyalty Specialist youll be the bridge between our service and sales departmentsgreeting customers in the service drive and identifying opportunities for them to upgrade to a newer Ford vehicle. Youll use our technological tools and proven process to offer real value while helping customers improve their vehicle situation. This role is centered on retention trust and transparency-not pressure selling.
Proactively approach and engage service customers during their visit
Review daily service appointments and use data mining tools to identify high-opportunity guests
Present vehicle upgrade options based on lease equity trade-in value warranty status and manufacturer incentives
Coordinate with managers for fast vehicle appraisals and pricing
Set appointments follow up with leads and document interactions in CRM
Deliver an exceptional pressure-free customer experience
Automotive sales service BDC or customer service experience preferred
Strong people skillsyoure outgoing empathetic and solution-oriented
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic dealership environment
Motivated by performance and helping others
