The Role

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager who can both build the analytical engine behind marketing performance and craft the narrative that drives executive decisions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy analytics design and executive communication. You will own the development of scalable measurement frameworks performance dashboards and forecasting models and AI-enabled marketing insights while ensuring insights are delivered in clear persuasive stories that drive growth decisions. You will partner closely with Marketing RevOps Finance Analytics Engineering and Data Science teams to elevate marketings analytical maturity and unlock new growth opportunities through AI.

Your day to day

Executive Storytelling & Strategic Narrative

  • Translate complex performance analyses into clear compelling executive narratives
  • Connect marketing activity directly to pipeline revenue customer acquisition and long-term growth
  • Frame insights around trade-offs risk and investment implications
  • Manage the storytelling for QBRs board-ready materials and annual planning cycles
  • Move discussions from what happened to why it matters and what we should do next.
  • Simplify ambiguity and conflicting signals into structured persuasive recommendations

Analytics Frameworks & Measurement Strategy

  • Define and evolve the marketing measurement framework across BDRs demand generation digital and field marketing
  • Establish KPI definitions and performance benchmarks aligned to business outcomes
  • Lead attribution modeling and full-funnel performance analysis
  • Develop ROI and contribution models that clearly articulate marketings impact
  • Identify leading indicators that predict pipeline and revenue performance

Dashboard Development & Insight Delivery

  • Own the vision and design of marketing dashboards used by executives and functional leaders
  • Elevate dashboards from static reporting tools to dynamic performance management systems
  • Continuously refine visualization standards and storytelling best practices.

Analytics Engineering Partnership

  • Partner with IT and Sales Ops teams to define data requirements and ensure reliable source-of-truth datasets
  • Provide input on data model design to support attribution funnel analysis and forecasting needs
  • Ensure alignment between business logic and technical implementation
  • Validate data accuracy and measurement consistency across systems
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality and reporting automation

Marketing AI Use Cases & Innovation

  • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve marketing performance and decision-making
  • Leverage predictive modeling to forecast pipeline revenue and campaign performance
  • Use AI-driven attribution and media mix modeling to optimize channel investment
  • Partner with teams to deploy generative AI for content performance analysis and campaign optimization
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and vendors to enhance marketing analytics capabilities

What you bring to the team:

  • 8 years in marketing analytics business analytics or growth strategy
  • 3 years of people leadership experience
  • Strong expertise in attribution funnel analytics forecasting and ROI modeling
  • ProficiencyinAnalytics VisualizationBusiness Intelligent Apps ( BI and Tableau) SQL Excel (Power Pivots Macros Modeling) and PowerPointExperience partnering with analytics engineering or data teams on data modeling and reporting infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders through data-driven storytelling. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. Base Pay Range: 166500.00 - 244200.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area) Colorado Connecticut Illinois Washington DC Metro Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey Texas Washington Virginia and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 136200.00 - 199760.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 124100.00 - 182050.00 USD
