The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing multi-channel customer interactions within health insurance outbound sales activities.
From day one you will be assigned your own responsibilities giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.
What will you do
As part of the H&B France commercialization team your key responsibility will
- Support Sales teams by preparing and delivering clear explanations of WTWs health prevention and well-being solutions.
- Participate in client meetings to present methodologies tools and programmes.
- Provide expert insights into prevention strategies employee well-being frameworks and market best practices.
- Contribute to the development of client proposals and sales materials
- Ensure prospects and clients fully understand the value and impact of WTWs prevention and well-being offering.
QualificationsWhat Youll Bring
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong interpersonal skills who is keen to join a large and dynamic organisation.
- Strong client orientation and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the health insurance landscape in France
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of accuracy with a strong respect for rules procedures and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
- French language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level (C1 preferred)
