Functional Analyst
Job Summary
The major activities envisaged for this mission are the following:
- Acquire a necessary and sufficient knowledge of the trade.
- Document and/or model and analyze business processes and procedures.
- Define the scope of the information system (identification of actors identification and description of use cases).
- Understand and analyze user needs.
- Capture elicit validate manage the functional and non-functional requirements of the business.
- Define the needs of the information system (identification of actors identification and description of use cases etc.).
- Write the project requirements book.
- Write the functional analysis of the project.
- Write functional test scenarios and test plans in collaboration
- Write user documentation and online help.
- Provide user training including modeling concepts and various presentations various demos.
- Ensure that functional tests are carried out.
- Assist users during the start-up and testing phases.
