The Signalling Testing and Commissioning Practice is an exciting team eager to grasp modern systems processes and concepts within the regulatory framework that we are required to work.
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join us in directing the functional testing of projects of all sizes and complexities.
You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and to use initiative whilst working within a highly regulated environment.
Do you have excellent organization skills and the ability to manage and communicate with staff at all levels
Are you able to promote the advancement of staff under your control and train staff as opportunities arise and act as the Lead Mentor / Mentor for staff as required including actively promoting their technical progression as railway signalling engineers
The work is mainly site based on projects and as such there may be a requirement to lodge away for extended periods of time and to work unsocial hours. You must hold a full UK driving License.
