An exciting opportunity has arisen within Tū Ora Compass Health for a Part time Payroll and People Administrator to join the People and Capability Team to lead delivering high quality payroll to staff board and committee members and support with people administration.
At this stage the role is fixed term to six months while the organisation explores the possibility of outsourcing the payroll function. If this proceeds there may be a small possibility of extension beyond 6 months.
We are looking for a team player with attention to detail and strong knowledge of NZ payroll/ACC legislation. Experience working with Employment Hero or similar payroll system is preferred.
The role will work across a minimum of four days per week to work in with the payroll cycle and ideally be based at our Willeston Street offices with some work from home available. We are however open to the role being based at either our Porirua Masterton or Lower Hutt offices or working out of these from time to time.
Additional hours may be available to cover leave within the team etc from time to time.
